Laurelle is a Toronto based Yoga Instructor, teaching a variety of different styles of Yoga.
She received her 200-Hour Teacher Training in Bali with Zuna Yoga, and is also certified in Restorative & Pre/Post Natal Yoga which she received in Toronto at Octopus Garden.
Laurelle hopes to inspire those who may find yoga intimidating, she aspires to encourage self-love and personal growth. She believes with a regular yoga practice you can begin to integrate what you learn on the mat into your every day life.
